The P6KE180A from Multicomp is a P6KE series unidirectional transient voltage suppressor in DO-15 package. It has low leakage current, excellent clamping capability and low zener impedance. The device exceeds environmental standards of MIL-STD-19500. The leads are pure tin plated and solderable per MIL-STD-202, method 208.
